How to Download and Connect Your Phone App
This video will guide you through setting up your username and password. Note: that it mentions "Jolt Lite," but you'll need to download the regular "Jolt" app. The process should be the same though!

Families

To achieve best security most programs and apps are no longer allowing multiple accounts to a single email. Though you will likely receive multiple welcome emails to the same address and can use this for the “shared mode” above this does not allow for full use in personal mode nor multiple or different notification options.

Options:

1. Use “Shared mode” with selected PIN (you can alter PIN if desired) and share the pin with different caregivers/family members - simple and easy.
2. Create or use sep.arate emails in the web portal for “primary access” for each account – then can add multiple emails/phone numbers for notifications. I do not recommend using student emails from school as those are generally blocked from external emails. --- this is more involved upfront but more customized.

** Helpful Hint** If you have gmail account you can add a + sign to your email with your child’s name. This is recognized as a separate account but all emails go to the original. Example using my own email and my daughter Meghan : ljhyatt42016+meghan@gmail.com.
